Jennifer Davis, a trailblazing entrepreneur and political outsider, is running for Illinois’ 8th Congressional District to protect Main Street America, put families first and protect the American Dream for future generations. A proud wife and mother of ten, Jennifer co-founded Davisware with her husband Dan at just 17 years old building both a family and a business from the ground up through sacrifice, hard work, and determination.
Raised in rural Wisconsin, Jennifer was raised on the values of faith, perseverance, and community, all three traits that she will bring to her campaign for Untied States Congress. In Congress she will address critical issues eroding opportunities in Illinois and beyond through a bold lens that squashes the status quo and brings true common sense.

Create opportunities for all—especially the next generation—to pursue prosperity through hard work, sacrifice, and innovation. Illinois’ best export should not be our kids; they deserve the chance to build their American Dream right here at home, in the communities where they were raised.

Advance good, fair, and orderly immigration policies that protect American workers, strengthen communities, and reflect our heritage as a nation of immigrants. Jennifer will fight for meaningful, long-term reform that keeps our borders secure while welcoming those who come here legally to pursue the American Dream.

Foreign adversaries like China and Iran are using the internet to steal from us, divide us, and target our kids. Jennifer’s expertise as a tech founder gives her the vision to stop these threats, protect families’ privacy, and advance America’s security and energy independence.

A Life Built on Sacrifice, Innovation, and Family
At just 17, Jennifer and her husband, Dan, launched their first software venture—work that would ultimately evolve into Davisware, a pioneering technology company later headquartered in West Dundee, Illinois. For more than 35 years, they bootstrapped the business with no outside capital until partnering with Serent Capital in 2019. Along the way, they built technology that helped HVAC and commercial service companies automate, expand, and thrive—proving that innovation could empower the trades as much as it did Silicon Valley. Davisware ultimately grew into a global leader in field service technology, supporting thousands of businesses worldwide.
The relentless journey of building a family business and a family demanded sacrifice but delivered profound rewards. Jennifer and Dan’s commitment also fostered a tight-knit Davisware family, providing meaningful careers for hundreds of employees. Her career is rooted in both trades and technology, and is uniquely relevant as government now shapes laws around emerging fields like AI, bitcoin, and blockchain. This path sets Jennifer apart not only from Silicon Valley CEOs, but also from traditional politicians, giving her the experience, persistence, and innovative leadership to serve Illinois’ 8th District.
Jennifer’s best-selling book, Living Exponentially in Life and Business, showcases her blueprint for success, blending tactical empathy, joy, and resilience—qualities she now brings to her campaign for Congress. After steering Davisware through the pandemic, she founded BExponential to empower women, guided by her Seven Principles of an Exponential Mindset, helping others pursue professional success without sacrificing joy, family, or purpose.
Both Jennifer and Dan grew up in farming families that were entrepreneurial at their core. Their parents—and by extension, their children—were immersed in businesses ranging from automotive repair and sales to parts distribution, HVAC services, insurance, and even home demonstration goods like jewelry. Their mothers, while raising 20 children collectively, still found ways to contribute—selling farm products, reading meters, and keeping households running through sheer determination. These roots shaped Jennifer’s conviction that family and entrepreneurship are inseparable—and that opportunity flourishes when both are strong.
Jennifer’s vision for Congress is rooted in her proven record as a tech innovator and fierce advocate for families and communities. She will champion parents’ rights, ensuring families have a voice in their children’s education, and she will protect the greatest asset our country has, our children. Drawing on her entrepreneurial roots, she will cut red tape so small family businesses can flourish. She is committed to equipping the next generation for success, protecting data from foreign threats, securing borders, and ensuring America leads in the responsible use of emerging technologies.
At a time when Congress faces a clear skills gap in areas like AI, digital currencies, and blockchain, her expertise, knowledge, and vision will close that gap.
